The fruit Garcinia cambogia used to be just the less popular cousin of the trendy fruit, the mangosteen. However, nutritional supplements containing Garcinia cambogia extract have grown to be the rage, touted for his or her purported power to curb appetite and quit an increase in weight.

A fruit extract that may interfere with the body’s creation of fat? The appeal is obvious. However, great results in test tubes don’t always translate to an entire person.
Some studies say HCA works, and some say it doesn’t. Animal studies of HCA revealed that mice utilizing the substance ate less, lost weight and produced less fat from sugar.

Is Garcinia cambogia safe?
